PACKAGES & PRICING
I have two standard Wedding packages and can
also tailor a package to ensure your special event is what you have dreamed of. I use a high-quality PA system, microphone and professional backing tracks Please Contact me to discuss your wishes.
Package One - $350
I will sing during the Bride’s Entrance, the Register Signing and the Departure of Newlyweds from the Ceremony. I have also sung the Bridal Waltz for couples, so many combinations can be catered for. On the day, I will arrive half an hour before start time to set up equipment and sound-check.
Package Two - $250
This is the fee for performing one song at any point in your Wedding Ceremony. Additional songs will cost $75 each.
Packages for Celebrations will depend on the number of songs requested, and the total cost will be confirmed after the first client contact.
Package Inclusions
The package fee includes sourcing and purchasing professional backing tracks, rehearsal time, preparation and performance. It also covers all email and phone consultations with clients.
Extra Charges
In most cases I will need to visit the venue prior to the function, to determine the most suitable location for my equipment and performance. This visit will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour to cover travel time. If I need to work with an accompanist to record a new backing track, an additional fee of approximately $70, will apply. Any parking fees will also be charged to the client.
Payment Details
Payment can be made by cash or bank deposit. A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required upon confirmation of booking, with the balance being due no later than one week before the function.
Cancellation Policy
If the booking is cancelled in less than half the time between booking date and function date (e.g. if the booking is made six months in advance and is cancelled less than three months before the function date), MusicAmore reserves the right to retain the deposit amount as payment for research, consultation and rehearsal time.
